1. Parties and subject matter
This agreement is formed between Bekir Koçak (CSRON) (Küçükyalı Tax Office, tax identification number 5710340554; email info@csron.com), which operates the CSRON platform (the "Operator"), and the consultant firm whose details appear in the application form (the "Firm"), when the Firm ticks the agreement box on the application form and makes the payment.
The subject matter is the paid publication of the Firm's profile page in the CSRON consultant firms directory (csron.com/danismanlar) (advertising service). The directory shows the Firm's name, city, introduction, areas of expertise, telephone, email address, website and reviews by CSRON subscribers; the contact person's name is not published.
2. Fee and payment
The fee is 1.000 TRY + VAT for a listing period of 30 days. The binding amount is the VAT-inclusive amount shown on the payment page. Payment is taken on the secure payment page of iyzico, the Operator's payment institution; card details never reach the Operator. An invoice is issued based on the payment details.
3. Review, approval and listing
After payment the Operator reviews the application. Acceptance is at the Operator's discretion. If the application is not approved, the full amount paid is refunded to the card used; how long the refund takes to appear depends on the bank.
The listing period starts on the day of approval; no days are lost during the review. The directory page is titled "Consultant firms recommended by CSRON" and, as a paid placement, the Firm's card carries the label "Reklam" (advertisement). The order of firms in the directory is at the Operator's discretion.
4. Renewal and end of the period
The agreement does not renew automatically and no card details are stored. Before the listing period ends, a reminder and a renewal link unique to the Firm are sent to the Firm's email address. A renewal payment adds the new period on top of the remaining time. If no payment is made, the Firm is removed from the directory automatically when the period ends.
5. Obligations of the Firm
- The information given in the application and profile must be accurate, up to date and lawful; no misleading, exaggerated or infringing content may be used.
- The Firm agrees that its telephone, email address and website are published openly in the directory.
- The Firm processes the personal data of requesters forwarded to it through the directory form in line with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and only to respond to the request; the Firm is the data controller for that data.
- The Firm alone is responsible for its dealings and agreements with people who reach it through the directory.
6. Rights of the Operator and limitation of liability
The Operator may ask for unlawful or non-compliant content to be corrected or may remove it. No fee is refunded where the listing is removed because of the Firm's breach. If the Operator ends the listing at its own discretion without any breach by the Firm, the fee for the remaining days is refunded pro rata.
The Operator does not undertake that any particular number of requests, meetings or engagements will come through the directory. The Operator is not a party to agreements between the Firm and requesters or CSRON subscribers and takes no commission on them.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
As the Firm buys the service for commercial and professional purposes, it is not a consumer and has no right of withdrawal. If the Firm writes to info@csron.com that it withdraws before its application is approved, the full amount paid is refunded. No fee is refunded if the Firm withdraws after the listing has started.
8. Disputes, notices and entry into force
This agreement is governed by Turkish law; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia have jurisdiction. Notices are sent to info@csron.com for the Operator and to the email address given in the application for the Firm. The Firm is bound together with a record of which version of this agreement it accepted.
