1. Where to start
Sign-up and sign-in
To register, click Register. Start this subscription on the home page opens sign-up with that type selected. You register in two steps: 1) In Choose your subscription type pick a type (Compare the subscriptions shows fees and differences) and select Continue. 2) In Your account details enter Full Name, Production facility name (Single) or Company Name (others), Email and Password; phone is optional and change switches the selected type. Tick the agreement, Privacy Notice (KVKK) and Distance Sales Agreement boxes, then select Continue to payment; the card payment window opens on the same page. When you confirm, your bank's verification page opens in the same tab, then the Confirming your payment screen appears; once payment is received your account opens and you go to the panel. If you leave without paying, no account is created.
Fees and period credits: there is no free trial. Your account is created when the payment made during sign-up is received, and your 30-day subscription starts; if the payment is not completed, no account is created and the details you entered are not stored. If you paid but your account was not opened, write to info@csron.com; once your payment is confirmed your account is opened or your payment is refunded. Subscription prices are monthly and exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout. The first successful subscription payment and each monthly renewal add 3,000 credits for Single, 5,000 for Supply Chain Tracking or 10,000 for Supply Chain Management at no extra charge.
To sign in, enter your e-mail address and password on the sign-in page and select Login. After sign-in the subscription administrator lands on the Admin Panel, and audit team accounts land on My Manufacturers. A facility account assigned to one facility lands directly on that facility's page; one assigned to several facilities lands on the My Facilities list. If you reached the sign-in page from a link in an e-mail, that link's page opens after sign-in.
If you forgot your password: 1) On the sign-in page click Forgot Password. 2) Enter your registered e-mail and select Send Reset Link. 3) Open the link in the e-mail (check spam if it does not arrive). 4) On Set New Password enter the new password and select Update Password; you are taken to the sign-in page. If the link has expired, use Request a new link.
Cannot sign in
If you cannot sign in, read the message on the screen first. After 5 wrong passwords for the same account within an hour, or 10 failed attempts from the same network within 15 minutes, sign-in pauses for a while; the screen says how long to wait, and meanwhile you can reset your password with Forgot Password. If your e-mail is not verified, a Resend verification email button appears.
If a suspended subscription or account stops you signing in: if your organisation's subscription is suspended or archived, sign-in is blocked; write to info@csron.com. If the subscription was downgraded to a type without facility accounts, facility accounts are suspended; the data is kept, so contact the subscription administrator. If someone signs in with the same account on another device, this session ends and the sign-in page says so.
Top menu
The current section is underlined in the top menu; the selected page has a subtle background in the Admin Panel's left menu. On screens narrower than 1280 pixels the top menu shows icons only; hover over an icon to see its name. On a phone the links, the language option and Logout are in the list the menu button opens, and the bell sits just left of the menu button.
- Audits: the filling area, with two tabs: Audit forms (starting and filling in audits) and Corrective actions (remediation notes and evidence for findings). Everyone sees only the forms they created here; facility and audit team accounts also see the forms the administrator shared with them. An audit team account also sees every audit report at the facilities it is assigned to; another person's report opens read-only once it is completed, and a form still in progress does not open. The subscriber sees the facilities' and audit team's forms not here but under Admin Panel > Audit Reports. Approval, rejection and reopening are decided under Admin Panel > Corrective Actions.
- My Manufacturers: shown only to facility and audit team accounts. In a single subscription and for a facility account assigned to one facility it is called My Facility and opens that facility's page directly; for a facility account assigned to several facilities it is called My Facilities. The subscription administrator reaches manufacturers under Admin Panel > Manufacturers.
- Information: a guide page for every audit standard, CSRON articles and recent Official Gazette regulations. Open to every account.
- Audit Tools: document checklist, policy builder, document library, obligation tracker, calculators, form editor and the legal basis tool. Always visible to the subscription administrator; facility and audit team accounts see it only if the administrator allowed that account to use the tools.
- Expert Support: two tabs: Auditor Opinion (a written opinion from the CSRON audit team on a concrete case, paid in credits) and On-site Consultancy (a request for a consultant firm to visit your facility, free). It is separate from Audit Tools and shown on every account.
- Admin Panel: for the subscription administrator, Manufacturers, Audit Reports, Corrective Actions, External Audit Schedule, Announcements, Users, Internal / External Grievance Mechanisms and Insights (Manufacturers, Announcements and Users depend on the subscription type). An audit team account sees only Corrective Actions. Facility accounts have no Admin Panel.
- On the right your name (or your e-mail address if no name is set) opens My account. The bell next to it opens notifications, the TR · EN button switches the language and Logout at the far right signs you out.
Back links return to the page within the application from which you opened the current screen. For example, after opening a producer, its document library and then the archive, successive back links return to the library and the same producer. Tabs, filters and sections stored in the address bar are preserved. If you open a page directly, the link returns to its default parent page. Previous-step buttons within forms move between form steps.
First task: define the production facility
The first task is to define the production facility you are preparing for audit. On a Single subscription the facility is created with your company name at sign-up. On multi-facility subscriptions you add each facility with Add manufacturer under Admin Panel > Manufacturers (the steps are in the "Manufacturers and the manufacturer page" section); each facility carries its own audit forms, documents and corrective actions. A user only sees the facilities they added themselves.
Deleting and common screen behaviour
Deleting a record (a manufacturer, document, audit, brand report, SLCP record, user or obligation) always asks for confirmation; the dialog states that the record is deleted permanently and that this cannot be undone. A deleted record disappears from lists and summaries immediately. Audits and manufacturers with corrective action records are deleted the same way. To set a record aside without deleting it, use Archive for a document, the Inactive status for a manufacturer and Archive for a user.
Dialogs keep keyboard focus inside and can be closed with Escape. If a page's data cannot be loaded, counts are not shown as zero; the error is explained and a retry option appears. If a change cannot be saved, the previous value stays on screen and the error is shown.
2. Subscription types
- Single Facility Management: one facility preparing its own audits.
- Supply Chain Tracking System: up to five facilities; the subscriber enters and fills in everything.
- Supply Chain Management System: up to twenty facilities and twenty users. Two account types: a facility account (the facility fills in its own internal audit) and an audit team account (audits the facilities it is assigned to and approves or rejects corrective actions). The subscriber follows everything from one panel and can send announcements to its facilities. Any extra facility or user quota set for your subscription is added to these limits.
To see your subscription, open the Subscription and credit tab on My account. The strip at the top shows Subscription type (with your facility and user limits below it), the Valid until date and days left (Awaiting payment if the subscription has not started) and the Credit balance. On facility and audit team accounts the tab is called Credit and shows only the balance and your own credit usage.
Changing the subscription type
To upgrade the subscription type, the subscription administrator chooses the target type in the Change subscription type section of My account > Subscription and credit. An upgrade takes effect immediately. When online payment is open, the Package upgrade window shows the price of the new period, the amount deducted for the unused days of your current package, To pay (excl. VAT) and the new period credit; tick the agreement box and select Continue to payment. The period restarts that day and runs for 30 days.
To downgrade the subscription type: a downgrade applies at the end of the period with no refund. The Downgrade subscription window shows the Effective date and what closes (facility accounts are suspended, Announcements closes, facilities above the limit are archived; no data is deleted). If you have more facilities than the new limit allows, Confirm downgrade stays disabled until you choose the facilities to keep. A pending downgrade appears at the top as PENDING CHANGE and can be withdrawn with Cancel the change. For more facilities or users than a type allows, write to us about extra quota.
Renewing the subscription
To renew the subscription, use the Keeping the subscription section of My account > Subscription and credit; only the subscription administrator can do it. The subscription does not renew by itself; you receive e-mail reminders 7 days and 1 day before the period ends, and on the day it ends. Select Renew now (the Distance Sales Agreement you accepted at registration is not asked again); the card payment window opens inside the page. Once payment is received, 30 days are added on top of the remaining period and the period credit is added to your balance. If you do not renew, the payment screen opens at the end of the period; your data is not deleted. If online payment is not open, a message says so; write to us to renew.
Saving and removing a card: when you pay, tick the option to save your card on the payment form; the card is kept by the payment institution, not by CSRON, and appears as Saved card in the Keeping the subscription section of My account > Subscription and credit. At the next payment your saved card is ready on the form and you only enter your bank's verification code. The card is never charged by itself. To remove it, select Remove card; the card is deleted at the payment institution and you enter your card details again at the next payment.
The payment result appears at the top of My account > Subscription and credit. If the payment is declined your card is not charged and the message gives the reason. If the message says the transaction is under review, do not pay again. If it says the payment could not be confirmed, check your bank transactions before paying again. In either case, if you were charged, write to info@csron.com.
Adding credits
Adding credits is open only to the subscription administrator: 1) On My account > Subscription and credit, press Choose credits in the Credit usage section. 2) Pick a preset amount (1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000 or 10,000) or choose Another amount and type a whole number between 500 and 10,000. The window shows To pay (excl. VAT) and Total shown at checkout. 3) Select Continue to payment. Adding credits does not change the subscription period, it only raises the balance. Credits can be used while your subscription is active. For more than 10,000 credits at once, write to us.
What does each tool cost? on My account > Subscription and credit (Credit on facility and audit team accounts) lists the credit cost of each tool; items marked "once per period" are charged once per period. Facility and audit team accounts have no credits of their own: when they use the tools, the cost comes from the subscriber's balance. On the same tab these accounts see this month's spending and any monthly cap under Credit you used this month.
When the period ends
When the subscription has not started or its period ends, the application pages are replaced by Start your subscription (new account) or Your subscription period has ended; your data, forms and documents are kept. The subscription administrator chooses one of the three packages (choosing another package switches to it before payment; if the facility count exceeds the new limit, you are asked to write to us), pays with Start the subscription or Renew the subscription, then continues where they left off. Other accounts cannot pay on this screen and need to contact the subscription administrator. Meanwhile My account, Contact, the User Guide and the legal texts stay open.
Invoices
There is no separate invoice screen in the application. The invoice is issued from the details you gave at registration and sent electronically. For changes to invoice details or invoice questions, write to info@csron.com.
3. Manufacturers and the manufacturer page
Adding a manufacturer
Adding a manufacturer (production facility) is open only to the subscriber administrator: 1) Open Admin Panel > Manufacturers. 2) Press Add manufacturer at the top right. 3) In the New Manufacturer window, fill in Manufacturer name and choose who owns the record in the Owner user list (you by default). 4) Save with Add. The new manufacturer starts with the Active status. If a record with the same name exists or there is a permission problem, the window shows the error.
Facility limit and other places to add: on a Single subscription the facility is created with your company name at sign-up and Add manufacturer is not shown; if there is no facility record, the Admin Panel home page shows Add your facility, and the Enter facility details row opens the same window. The facility limit is five on the Supply Chain Tracking System and twenty on the Supply Chain Management System; any extra facility quota is added. When the limit is reached, a sentence explaining it replaces the button. Add manufacturer is also available in the Document Checklist, Document Library and Living Wage Calculator tools, and a manufacturer can also be added on the New audit screen.
The Manufacturers list
The Manufacturers list (Admin Panel > Manufacturers) shows your production facilities. Columns: Manufacturer, Added by, Last brand audit result, Status and Actions. The search box searches manufacturer names and the name and e-mail of the user who added them; the filter next to it shows All, Active, To be evaluated and Inactive with their counts. Active manufacturers come first, then those to be evaluated, and inactive ones last. Refresh reloads the list. Search and filter are preserved when you return from a manufacturer. Selecting a row opens the manufacturer page.
Editing, changing the status of and deleting a manufacturer
To rename a manufacturer, press the pencil icon (Rename) in the Actions column of its row on Admin Panel > Manufacturers, change Manufacturer name in the Edit manufacturer window and press Save. The new name is also applied to that manufacturer's audit forms, so reports show a single name. Only the subscriber administrator can do this.
To change a manufacturer's status, click the label in the Status column of the same table and choose Active, To be evaluated or Inactive. The change is saved immediately; if it cannot be saved, the previous status remains and a warning appears at the top of the page. An inactive manufacturer's records are not deleted. Status selectors, filters and summary counts use the same labels.
To delete a manufacturer, press the bin icon (Delete) on its row. The Delete manufacturer window states that the manufacturer and its audit forms, documents and brand audit reports are deleted permanently and that this cannot be undone; press Delete to confirm or Cancel to stop. To set a manufacturer aside without deleting it, change its status to Inactive.
The manufacturer page
To open the manufacturer page, the subscriber selects the manufacturer's row in the Admin Panel > Manufacturers table; the back link at the top returns to the Manufacturers list. The page has these tabs: Audit Reports, Corrective Action Plan (shown only when an audit has findings), Brand & 3rd Party Audit Reports, Documents and Readiness Summary. Documents opens that manufacturer's Document Library and Readiness Summary opens the printable summary page. Audits are not started from the manufacturer page; a new audit is opened only from Audits > New audit in the top menu.
The Audit Reports tab on the manufacturer page lists that manufacturer's audit forms. Use the filter at the top to choose All audit forms, Audit team audit forms, Producer internal audit forms or My audit forms; narrow further by choosing All or an audit standard in the list on the left. Each card shows the standard, the audit type, the status, the audit date and the progress; View opens the report. The pencil icon opens the Edit Audit Date window (Audit Date, Save); a follow-up audit cannot have the same date as its main audit. The bin icon (Delete Form) deletes the form permanently.
The Corrective Action Plan tab on the manufacturer page shows each audit with findings on one row, with the number of closed and total findings on the right. The tab is hidden when no audit has findings. When the subscriber selects a row, the Corrective Action tab of the report in the Admin Panel opens. Open items also appear with their status in the Readiness Summary.
Brand and third-party audit reports
To upload a brand or 3rd party audit report (from the Admin Panel): 1) Open Admin Panel > Audit Reports > Brand & 3rd party audit reports and select Upload report (subscriber administrator; at least one manufacturer must exist). 2) In the Upload an external audit report window fill in Manufacturer, Audit date, optionally Next audit (optional), Audit standard and Result. The result is chosen on the standard's own scale; for a standard without an overall result the window shows "This standard gives no overall result.". 3) Optionally add information in Brand / audit firm and notes, choose the file in Report file (PDF, JPG, PNG) (required) and save with Upload.
To upload a brand report from the manufacturer page: on the Brand & 3rd Party Audit Reports tab press New Report; fill in Audit Date and Audit Standard, enter the result on the standard's scale in Result, add Next Planned Date if known, choose a PDF, JPG or PNG file under Report File, add Notes (optional) if you wish and press Save. Open a saved report with View Report Content. A report's details are edited only on this tab, with the pencil icon next to it; if you do not choose a new file, the existing file is kept.
The list of uploaded brand reports: on Audit Reports > Brand & 3rd party audit reports, reports are grouped by manufacturer; the search box and the Manufacturer, Audit standard and Result selectors narrow the list. Selecting a row opens the report file; the three-dot menu offers Open report and Delete. Deletion asks for confirmation and is permanent. The subscriber adds, edits and deletes all reports; the manufacturer's owner user can add reports and edit or delete only the reports they uploaded. Reports with a next audit date are tracked in the External Audit Schedule.
Readiness Summary
Readiness Summary: the Readiness Summary tab on the manufacturer page opens the Audit readiness summary page. It has four sections: Audit forms (progress of each form and its non-compliant and partial answers), Corrective actions (counts by status and the audits with open findings), Periodic obligations (overdue items and those due within 60 days) and Documents (the number of library documents and those expired or expiring within 60 days; archived ones are not counted). The subscriber sees all of the manufacturer's audits, other accounts only those they opened. Use Print or save as PDF to print or save a PDF; Back to manufacturer returns to the manufacturer page. The summary is for information; it is not an audit result or a certificate.
4. Starting an audit and filling in the form
Audits list
Using the Audits list: under Audits > Audit forms in the top menu you see the audits you started, newest audit date first. Select the Total, In progress or Completed counts at the top to filter the list, and narrow it further with the Search producer or audit box and the Status, Manufacturer and Audit standard selectors. Each row shows the standard and the producer, and below them the audit type, date and state (in progress or completed); a completed audit whose result has not been given yet shows result pending. Notes-only audits appear as Audit note at the start of the row.
When you open a row in the Audits list, your own form opens on the filling screen. A form the administrator shared with you shows shared by the administrator; on an audit team account, a report by someone else at a facility you are assigned to shows your assigned facility. On an audit team account, your own completed audit without a result goes straight to the report in the Admin Panel, because you give the result there. On a facility account you cannot open the answers of an audit team audit shared with you; once there are findings you enter that audit only through the corrective action screen.
To edit the audit date or delete an audit, use the buttons on the right of the row in the Audits list. Edit changes only the audit date: choose the new date in the Edit audit date window and select Save; you edit answers inside the form. On an SLCP row, Edit opens the SLCP module. Delete removes the audit together with its answers, attachments and corrective action records; confirm with Yes, delete in the Delete audit window. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Only the account that started the form and the subscriber see these two buttons.
New audit
To start a new audit, press New audit under Audits in the top menu; audits are started only here, and the page goes step by step. 1) In the Producer step choose the facility to audit; with more than eight producers a Search producers box appears. You can add a missing facility with + Add new producer: type its name and select Add and select; your facility limit applies here too. On a Single subscription, or when you have only one producer, the facility is selected for you and you do not see this step. 2) In the Audit standard step choose the form. 3) If shown, choose the format in the Format step. 4) The Audit date is required. The bar at the bottom summarises your choices; Start the audit opens the form. You do not give the audit result here; it is given in the report in the Admin Panel after completion.
Audit standards you can choose for a new audit: amfori BSCI, Sedex SMETA 2-Pillar, Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar, SLCP, SLCP · Fast Track, SA8000, Inditex, Green to Wear, Primark, Next COP, Disney ILS, LC Waikiki, ICS, WRAP, WCA, FLA (without severity levels), H&M Group, Higg FEM, GRS, GOTS, OCS / RCS, All-in-One, Comprehensive Social Compliance Audit (the widest form, asking the requirements of every standard in one form with technical and legal detail and without severity levels; you can attach an optional file to every question outside General Information, whatever the answer) and every custom form with at least one question that you built in the Form Editor (under its own name). Each option shows its number of sections and questions. If you choose SLCP, no date is asked and Start the audit opens the SLCP module.
Full audit or notes only: on a multi-facility subscription (Supply Chain Tracking or Management System) you start a visit audit as the subscriber and choose Full audit or Notes only, where you keep notes only, in the Format step. On an audit team account you see the Format step but can choose only Full audit. On a facility account, and on a Single subscription, you fill in your own facility's audit as a full form and the Format step does not appear. In the lists, a form you started yourself is labelled My audit whatever your account, and someone else's form is labelled Audit team audit or Producer internal audit by type.
Open drafts and follow-up audits: while an unfinished draft of the same standard (or the same custom form) exists for the same producer, you cannot start a new one; the option is dimmed and shows Open draft exists; finish it first. If a completed audit of the same standard exists, the new audit opens as its follow-up, and this is stated under the date field; a follow-up audit cannot have the same date as the earlier one.
Copying General Information into a Next COP follow-up: when you start a follow-up of a full Next COP form, the General Information answers and documents of the previous audit are copied to the new form. The social security e-declaration, social security debt and tax debt questions and the building and floor photos are not copied, because they are required again at every audit. If some documents cannot be copied, the form still opens and you see the missing files listed at the top; use Retry copy to try again, or upload the documents to the related questions yourself.
The form screen
- General Information section: forms start with a General Information section asking for the facility's legal requirements such as address, licences and permits, social security records, disability quota and number of first aiders. The SLCP, GOTS, Higg FEM preparation and OCS/RCS forms do not have this section; their own first section already asks for the facility, scope and permit information. You see a few questions specific to Next COP only in the Next COP form.
- Moving between sections of a form: the section list is on the left on wide screens and in the drop-down button above the form on phones and tablets; each section shows how many of its questions are answered, completed sections are ticked, and you can jump to any section. You can shrink the left list with Collapse. You can also move between sections with Previous and Next at the bottom. When you reopen the form you continue from the section where you left off.
- Searching questions and finding gaps in a form: type at least two letters in the Search a question... box at the top to list matching questions from every section; select one to go to it. The number of answered and total questions is shown at the top right. Show unanswered above the questions shows only the questions still incomplete in that section (with their count next to it); Show all brings the full list back.
- Saving a form as a draft and losing the connection: answers save automatically; you can close the form and continue later. Save as Draft writes pending answers and returns you to Audits (on a phone the buttons are shortened to Draft and Submit). If the internet connection drops, a warning appears at the top of the screen: keep the page open, and pending answers are saved on their own when the connection returns. If an answer cannot be saved, you see a warning in the top bar and the save is retried; while changes are unsaved you stay on the page.
- When several people open the same form: if another user has the same form open and is answering the same question, you see a warning with their name under the question; if you have the form open in another tab or device yourself, a warning appears at the top. Avoid editing the same question at the same time; the last answer written is kept.
- Answering questions: compliance questions offer Compliant, Non-Compliant, Partially Compliant and Not Applicable; document questions in General Information offer Yes, Partially yes (does not cover entire area) and No. Selecting the chosen option again clears it. For every answer other than Compliant you need to write an explanation in the Add Note field under the question; without the note the question counts as incomplete. Some questions show a What this question asks for explanation directly below them. Some answers are filled in automatically: for example, the disability quota question is selected from the employee counts you entered in General Information. Do not leave employee count fields empty; enter 0 if there are none.
- Uploading documents to questions: in the standard sets no question requires a document. On questions with an upload area you add documents with Upload File, with Take Photo on a phone, or by dragging and dropping the file (up to 50 MB per file). The upload area is hidden when the answer is Non-Compliant; in the Comprehensive Social Compliance Audit it is always open on every question outside General Information. To make a document required on a question, set its File setting to Required in the Form Editor. There is no separate form notes page; to keep notes only, start the audit in the Notes only format.
- Marking a whole section Not Applicable: some sections start with an option you tick when the topic does not exist at the facility (for example, no accommodation is provided for workers). When you tick it, the section's compliance questions are filled with Not Applicable and no note is required.
- Self-Check Guide: questions with guide items have a Self-Check Guide card; open it with How is this assessed? Click to view. It lists document, on-site, interview and common finding items. You can tick the items you have ready; the ticks are only for your own preparation, are not scored, and are stored for that form in this browser, so they do not appear on another device.
- Legal Reference: questions mapped to legislation have a Legal Reference card showing the article text, the highlighted sentence, the official source link and, where available, a court decision. Opening the card shows the article text; Show details opens the detailed window, and PDF (jump to page) and Official source website open the official source. The Official Gazette is the primary source: the issue published each morning is read, regulations amending the legislation behind the references are identified, and article texts are compared regularly with the official source. At the bottom of the reference window you see the date the text is current as of. To assess the legal basis of a finding in depth, use the Legal Basis tool under Audit Tools.
- Completing and submitting the form: when finished, select Complete and Submit Form. If questions are missing, the Incomplete Questions window lists them by section with the reason; select a section or question to go there. If only optional documents are missing, you can continue with Submit anyway or add the documents with Go back and upload. Before submitting, a confirmation reminds you that this cannot be undone. The form is not submitted while you are offline or when the latest changes could not be saved. A submitted form is locked as completed and opens read-only; the question set of that moment is fixed to it. If you give the result, you are taken straight to the report in the Admin Panel; otherwise you return to Audits.
- Editing a completed form: facility and audit team accounts cannot change a completed form. As the subscriber, on a completed form you started you can open the answers for editing with Edit Form in the banner at the top; the form stays completed and the changes are saved. Close Edit Mode makes the form read-only again. Download Report in the same banner opens the audit report in the Admin Panel in a new tab.
Notes-only audit
Notes-only audit: an audit you start in the Notes only format has no question form; you write your observations and findings freely in the Audit notes for this company field. Notes are saved as you type; you can change the audit date on the same page. Only the subscriber starts and sees this audit. When you finish, confirm with Complete audit; you are taken to the report, where you give the result. When you open completed notes, editing is already on; View switches to read-only, and from there Reopen as draft returns the audit to draft. In the English interface, completed notes are shown with machine translation.
5. SLCP module
Starting SLCP
To start SLCP, choose the producer on Audits > New audit and then one of two options: SLCP (CAF v1.7, the classic module where you answer every question yourself) or SLCP · Fast Track (the module that answers compliance questions automatically from your declaration). No date is asked; your choice opens the module directly. For the same facility the classic and fast records are separate and do not affect each other. Your record stays in the Audits list as an SLCP Preparation or SLCP Fast Track row; click it to continue where you left off. If you have more than one facility, switch facility with the selector at the top right of the module; if you open the module without a facility, you are first asked Which production facility?
The classic SLCP module
The SLCP screen presents the complete CAF v1.7.1 set from Worldly (Steps 1, 2 and 3) with Turkish translation and the original English text; in the English interface questions appear in the CAF's own wording, and explanations, verifier notes, warnings and the renewal panel are in English. Under every question you find a "What this question asks" explanation and a "How the verifier checks" note: what the verifier looks at on site and which documents to keep ready.
Choosing the Step and searching in the classic SLCP module: first choose the Step your facility will complete in the first question (FP-STE-1) of the FACILITY PROFILE section; questions open according to that choice, and until you choose you see only the questions shared by every Step. The search box in the top bar searches question text and codes (for example FP-STE-1); next to it the selected Step and the Progress count are shown. The "Next unanswered" button at the bottom of the section list takes you to the next empty question (the remaining count is in brackets); it does not filter the list, pressing again moves on, and it wraps around at the end.
Saving and numeric warnings in the classic SLCP module: answers are saved on every change; Save and exit writes any pending save immediately and returns you to Audits. Numeric fields follow the template rule (whole numbers, percentages between 0 and 100). When linked fields contradict each other (for example more male workers than total workers, or payment method percentages above 100) you see a warning under both fields; it does not block saving.
Downloading Excel from the classic SLCP module: when all visible questions are answered, Write answers to Excel & download downloads the completed CAF file. While questions are missing the button reads Download draft Excel: the file you download is a draft and Worldly rejects files with empty visible rows; the number of missing questions is shown under the bar. On export, free-text answers are translated into English and Turkish letters in names, titles and addresses are converted to their English equivalents (A.Ş. becomes A.S.); the export message reports how many answers were changed. Renewal from last year's answers is done in the fast module, not the classic one.
SLCP Fast Track
Filling in with SLCP Fast Track: 1) On the Start card, answer Which Step will you complete? with Step 1, Step 2 or Step 3. 2) Tick the declaration box below to declare that your facility meets the legal and SLCP compliance requirements within the selected Step; nothing is written to the verification section (VERIFICATION/ASSESSMENT DETAILS). 3) Press Answer compliance questions automatically; only empty compliance questions are filled and your saved answers are not overwritten. 4) Complete the questions left for you (numbers, dates, free text). The top bar shows the Completion percentage and the numbers of automatically answered and remaining questions. Save and exit saves immediately and returns to Audits.
SLCP Fast Track views: the list has three views: Answered automatically (the automatic answers, each with its reason), Left for me (every question not answered automatically, including those carried over from last year) and All questions; the first two add up to the third.
Downloading Excel from SLCP Fast Track: at one hundred percent, Write to Excel & download writes your answers into the blank CAF v1.7.1 template and downloads the file; you do not need to supply a template. The file is prepared in your browser and is not uploaded to the server. Because Worldly rejects files with blank rows, the button opens only at one hundred percent.
SLCP annual renewal
Renewing SLCP, step 1 (last year's file): if you completed last year's form on Worldly, open last year's assessment on Worldly and download the CSV v2 pretty-columns file from Downloads on the Overview tab. A verified assessment has no Excel option. The CSV also carries the values corrected by the verifier, and a verifier correction replaces your declaration; however, verifiers usually write Not Applicable as a placeholder in text, number and date fields, so in those fields your own entry from last year is used. A summary of the steps is also under If you completed it in Worldly last year: how does renewal work? on the start card.
Renewing SLCP, steps 2 and 3 (upload and declaration): in the fast module choose the file with Upload last year's file on the start card (.xlsm or .csv). In a CAF 1.6 file the question numbers are translated to 1.7.1 numbers with SLCP's official difference table; the verifier section is not carried over. An answer whose option text no longer exists in the new version, or whose ID belonged to a different question in the old version, is left blank and listed in the panel, because Worldly treats unknown text as unanswered. Then choose the Step you will complete this year and give the compliance declaration; the file's Step is preselected as a suggestion, and questions specific to Step 2-3 open only when that Step is chosen.
Renewing SLCP, step 4 (Annual renewal panel): after the upload and the declaration, the Annual renewal panel opens. It has four lists: Answers that do not fit the new version, Corrected by the verifier last year, Answers that conflict with the engine and Fields to review. Leave ticked the conflicting answers you want to align (they may have been marked wrongly last year), untick those that are genuinely different, and press Align the N selected answers. Update numbers, dates, percentages, certificates, licences and subcontractor fields shown next to last year's value. Go to question on each row opens that question; Close panel closes the panel.
Renewing SLCP, step 5 (uploading to Worldly): when complete, download the file with Write to Excel & download and upload it with Import Module on the Assessment tab of the new year's assessment on Worldly. You upload the prepared Excel file to your own Worldly account yourself. CSRON does not replace independent verification.
Deleting an SLCP record
To delete an SLCP record, use the delete button on the SLCP row in the Audits list. The Delete SLCP Record window states how many answers will be deleted; only that record's mode (classic or fast) is deleted and the other preparation type is unaffected. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
6. Audit Tools: access and credits
The Audit Tools page lists the tools in two columns; on wide screens a Tools menu also appears on the left. The search box looks in tool names and descriptions, and the count next to it shows how many tools are displayed. If a tool is temporarily under maintenance, Maintenance appears next to its name; when you open it you see a maintenance notice.
Who can use the Audit Tools: the subscription administrator always can. Facility and audit team accounts can only with the administrator's permission: in Admin Panel > Users, edit the account and tick Can use the audit tools. Any spend by that account comes out of the subscription's credit; you can set an upper limit in Monthly credit cap (blank: no cap), and the amount used this month is shown next to it. Without permission, Audit Tools does not appear in the top menu, and opening a tool link takes the account back to Audits. Audits, the Information Hub and the Admin Panel use no credit.
Which tools are free and which use credit: the free tools are the Document Checklist, Form Editor, Termination Toolkit, Living Wage Calculator, Greenhouse Gas Calculator, Product Carbon Footprint and On-site Consultancy requests. Default amounts for actions that use credit: a Legal Basis query costs 200 for one standard and 1,000 for all standards; the Policy & Procedure Builder costs 500 per document and 5,000 to generate all at once; an Auditor Opinion costs 2,000 per case; the Document Library (1,000) and the Recurring Obligation Tracker (500) need a per-period unlock. You always see the current amount in the confirmation window or on the unlock screen before the action. An action that fails for a technical reason uses no credit.
Unlocking the Document Library and the Recurring Obligation Tracker (per period): you unlock these two tools once before use. The first time you open the tool, the unlock screen shows the credit amount and Your remaining credit; when you press Unlock the tool, the credits are deducted and the tool stays open for that subscription period, and opening it again costs nothing. In a new subscription period (also if the subscription lapses and restarts) you need to unlock it again. Only the person managing the subscription can unlock it; if you are signed in with a facility or audit team account, use Notify the manager. In the Document Library the manufacturer selection list needs no unlock; you see the unlock screen when you open a manufacturer's library.
If a tool blocks you (access, cap or credit): a window states why: You do not have access to this tool, Your credit cap for this month is used up or Not enough credit (The subscription is out of credit on other accounts). As an administrator you go to the Subscription page with Add credit, or raise the cap with Users. Facility and audit team accounts cannot add credit; they use Notify the subscription manager to alert the person who manages the subscription.
7. Document preparation
The three document-preparation tools under Audit Tools work together: the Document Checklist shows missing documents, the Policy & Procedure Builder generates a missing document from a template, and the Document Library stores documents per production facility. Official permits, accredited laboratory reports and authority letters cannot be generated from a template; the checklist says where each of those comes from.
Document Checklist
The Document Checklist shows every document expected on the table in a social compliance audit. Tick what is ready and mark items this audit does not need as Not required; the percentage shows your readiness. If you manage more than one manufacturer, switch between them with the selector at the top. On a multi-facility subscription an administrator account can add a missing manufacturer with Add manufacturer inside the tool; your facility limit applies here as well. The Create link next to a missing document opens its template in the Policy & Procedure Builder; when more than one template covers a document, the links appear separately by template code (for example E1, F46).
Searching, filtering and printing the Document Checklist: ticks are saved in the browser you are using, per selected manufacturer, not on the server; they do not appear on another computer, browser or account, clearing browser data removes them, and they do not affect audit scores. Search documents... searches document names once you type at least two letters. Only missing keeps the items not marked ready or not required. Documents are grouped, with a ready count next to each group. Print or save as PDF prints the list with its percentage; in the printout ready, not required and missing items carry different marks.
Policy & Procedure Builder
Finding a template in the Policy & Procedure Builder: Audit Tools > Policy & Procedure Builder has four steps: Select document, Fill in details, Edit content, PDF preview. Use the switch at the top to pick the amfori BSCI or Sedex SMETA view: the BSCI view shows the performance area code and BSCI clauses on each card, the SMETA view shows the SMETA areas; your choice is remembered in your browser. Search needs at least two characters and looks in document titles (Turkish and English) and BSCI and SMETA codes. The All, Policy, Procedure, Plan, Appointment, Analysis and Form tabs narrow the list by category and show the document count. There are more than one hundred and thirty templates; each card shows the set code (A1, B5 and so on) before the title.
The credit cost of generating a policy document: clicking a document opens the Document will be generated window, which states the credits to be used (the default is 500 credits per document and 5,000 credits for Generate all at once). Generate deducts the charge and opens the document; Cancel spends nothing. The charge applies as soon as the text reaches your screen and every opening is charged again: opening the same document from the list again, or reloading the page and generating it again, is a new charge. So do not close the document before you are done; export its PDF. A direct link also shows the confirmation window first. Remaining credit next to the page title shows your balance. If the connection fails, retrying the same operation does not deduct credits twice. Documents are in Turkish; the English interface says so before confirmation.
Filling in the details of a policy document: in the Fill in details step only the fields used in that document appear. Company name arrives filled with the company name in your profile, Prepared by (name) with your name, the date fields with today's date and Review period with "Annual"; you can change all of them. Fields you leave empty stay in the document as highlighted placeholders, and you can also fill them in the next step. Generate document moves on to editing and uses no further credits; Back returns to the list (opening the same document again is charged again).
Document Code: every document's header table has a Document Code row. By default it carries the document's set code (A2, B5 and so on), and documents cite each other by that code. If you use your own coding system, turn off Use the set code as the document code (A1, B5 and so on) on the details form: the Document code field appears for your own code (if left blank, the row is dropped from the header) and citations are written by document title only.
Editing the content of a policy document: in the Edit content step the editor is on the left and a live preview on the right; the two panels scroll together. You change the text directly. Fields not yet filled in appear as boxes: type the value into the box and press Enter or leave the box, and the value is written into the text; a box cannot be partly deleted. Tables are edited cell by cell; Add row adds a row and the × at the end of a row deletes it. Reset discards your edits and rebuilds the document from the template with the details you entered (no credits used). Text cannot be copied from the editor. Back to details returns to the form, PDF preview goes to the last step.
Getting the PDF of a policy document: the PDF preview step shows the document in A4 page layout; if any fields are still empty, their number is shown at the top. Export PDF / Print opens the browser's print dialog: choose a printer, or choose Save as PDF as the destination to download the file. The file is named after the document (starting with the set code when that option is on), and each page carries a page number at the bottom right. Back to editing lets you continue changing it. The tool does not keep the document for you: after downloading the PDF, upload it to the relevant production facility through the Document Library so that you can show it in presentation mode on audit day.
Generating the whole policy set at once: 1) Press Generate all at once above the document list. 2) Fill in the shared details once; under each field you see which documents use it, and the number of empty fields is shown next to the button. If you turn off the document code box, you add the codes while editing each document; the stamp and signatures are also added here. 3) Press the button that states the number of documents and choose Generate in the confirmation window (the default charge for the whole set is 5,000 credits). Back to details returns to the form; generating again from the form is a new 5,000-credit operation. If you close the page, the prepared set is lost.
Printing the policy set and exporting a single PDF: once the set is generated, the list opens. Click a document to preview and edit it; Print this document prints only that document, Print all prints the whole set and Back to list returns to the list. The printer icon on each row also prints that document on its own; your edits also flow into the combined output. Export single PDF prepares the whole set as one file; while it is being prepared the button shows Preparing PDF and the number of pages laid out, then the print dialog opens and you download the file with Save as PDF. Each document starts on a new page.
Adding a stamp and signatures to policy documents: turn on Add stamp and signatures to the documents on the details form. Two upload boxes appear: upload a scan or photo (JPG, PNG or the first page of a PDF) of the paper carrying the preparer's signature in the preparer box, and of the approver's signature and, if you wish, the stamp in the approver box. The signature and stamp are found automatically; in the approver box you can switch each part between signature and stamp or choose Do not use, and uploading again to the same box replaces the previous upload. All three are optional and are placed in the signature boxes at the end of the document. Stamps and signatures are processed only in your browser; they are not sent to the server or stored and are cleared when you close the page.
Selecting the stamp and signature area yourself: if you upload a page with printed text (a contract or letter), nothing is assigned automatically and a warning appears. Then use Let me select the area to open the page large, draw a tight box around the signature and the stamp with your mouse or finger, and choose Add as signature or Add as stamp. You can zoom in to select a small signature; move around the enlarged page with the mouse wheel, or with Move the page on a phone. Any text inside the box is cut out too.
Saving your edits to a policy document (saved version): on the editing screen, Save these edits saves your changes to a document to your account; the document list then shows Your saved version next to it and your saved version is used the next time you generate that document (one by one or all at once). Company details and dates in the parts you did not change are filled with that day's form values; sentences you wrote stay as they are. Saving is free; generating from a saved version costs the usual credits. If we later update the template, the list shows A newer template is available. Saved versions belong to your account only; other accounts on the same subscription do not see them.
Limits of saved versions and returning to the default: Reset to default deletes your saved version and the default template is used next time; the document open on screen does not change. If you changed the text substantially, company details and dates cannot be linked to the fields and stay fixed in the saved version as they were on the day you saved; the on-screen message says so. Save these edits also works on a document opened through Generate all at once. A document can have at most 300,000 characters; an empty document or one with an unknown field is not saved, and the reason is shown on screen. The E6 document, which carries the living wage tables, cannot be saved.
Document Library
The Document Library stores the documents you prepared and collected, per production facility. Open it from the Documents tab on the manufacturer page or through Audit Tools > Document Library; it needs a per-period unlock on first use (see Audit Tools: access and credits). When opened from a producer's details, the back link returns to that producer's page; when opened through Audit Tools, it returns to the library's producer selection list. In that list you can search by producer name and filter producers by status (active, to be evaluated, inactive) and by document state (has expired documents, has documents expiring within 30 days, no documents yet); each row shows the document count, the expired and expiring counts and the last upload date.
Uploading documents to the Document Library, steps 1-3: 1) Open the manufacturer's library. 2) Drop files on Drag files here or click to choose, or click it to select them; on a phone, Take a photo adds a photo of the document directly. Any file type can be uploaded, up to 50 MB per file; PDF, JPG/PNG, TIFF, Word, Excel and CSV open on screen, other formats open after download. 3) For each file enter Display name, Folder, Document date and Expiry date. A folder is suggested from the file name; if none fits, it stays in Other. If the document has no date, tick The document has no date; if it has no expiry date, tick No expiry date.
Uploading documents to the Document Library, steps 4-5: 4) If you selected several files, the Apply this row to the other N documents: options on the first row copy Name (optionally append a sequence number), Folder and Dates to the other rows; remove a file you do not want with Remove from list. You can read the dates from the preview on each row. 5) Press Upload N documents (the same button appears above and below the list). If a document cannot be uploaded, the reason appears on its row and the other documents continue. Empty (0 byte) files and files over 50 MB are shown in red and are not uploaded.
Folders and searching in the Document Library: documents are kept in twelve folders: Licences, Permits and Official Documents; Building and Project; OHS: Measurements, Inspections and Analyses; Training and Drills; Environment: Permits, Licences and Waste; Chemicals and Material Safety; Policies, Procedures and Appointments; Certificates and Audit History; Facility Photographs; Human Resources; Dormitory, Canteen and Social Areas; Other. Click a folder heading to open it. Search documents… searches document names, notes and folder names; matching folders open automatically. Each row shows the document date, the expiry date, and who added and last edited it; the open icon opens the document in a new tab. A document past its expiry date shows EXPIRED and one expiring within 30 days shows expiring soon.
Editing, replacing, archiving or deleting a document: open the three-dot menu on the document's row. Edit name and folder changes the display name, folder, document date and expiry date in the Edit document window; the file itself does not change. Upload new version (on a phone Take a photo as the new version) saves the new file with the same name and folder, asks for the dates again and archives the previous version; this is how you update an expired document. Archive removes the document from the current list without deleting it; for an archived document the option becomes Unarchive. For Delete, choose Yes, delete in the Delete document? window; deletion is permanent, so use Archive if you want to keep the document.
Archive and document history in the Document Library: when the archive holds documents, you see an Archive (N) button at the top right of the library. The archive page lists documents that were replaced by a new version or archived; search it with its search box and see the version that replaced a document under its row. To return a document to the current list, choose Unarchive from the three-dot menu. The History: who did what link at the bottom of the list shows, for the last 100 entries, who added a document, which field they edited and which document they deleted, and when. The archive page is currently in Turkish only.
Document expiry notifications: for a document with an expiry date, one notification and a morning e-mail arrive 30 days before that date; if the date has already passed, the notification is titled "Geçerliliği doldu" (expired). It goes to the account that added the manufacturer and to the subscriber administrator. No notification is sent for documents with no expiry date or for archived documents. When you add the current document with Upload new version, the reminder is set again for the new date.
Presentation mode and auditor access
Showing documents in presentation mode on audit day: open the Documents tab on the manufacturer page and press Presentation Mode at the top right. Presentation mode is a dark full-screen view: the document list grouped by folder on the left and the document you select on the right. Search with the Search documents… box; on a computer the / key moves to the search box and Escape closes the open document. When the archive holds documents, Current and Archive tabs appear above the list; you see a warning while an archived version is open. Print prints the open document and Download downloads the file. Where the connection is weak, press Prepare for Audit in advance: current documents are downloaded to the browser and viewing continues on this screen if the connection drops.
Letting the auditor view documents on their own screen (presentation session and auditor code): 1) In presentation mode, press Presentation Session at the top. 2) In the panel, press Start Session; the panel shows the address csron.com/denetim, a 4+4 character code and a QR code. 3) The auditor opens the address and types the code, or scans the QR code with a phone. You can copy the link with Copy link, or type an e-mail address and send the code and link with the E-posta button. 4) While Follow my screen is on, the document you open also opens on the auditor's screen. 5) You see connected people under Connected viewers and remove someone's access with the Revoke access icon. The code is valid for 24 hours; Close Session ends access immediately. Minimise only hides the panel; the session continues.
The auditor's code screen (signing in with the auditor code): the auditor does not need a CSRON account. On the csron.com/denetim page they type the code in the Oturum kodu (session code) field and select Bağlan (connect); this entry page is in Turkish only. The screen that opens lists only that facility's documents by folder; Search documents… searches them, and the Current and Archive tabs separate current and earlier versions. The auditor can take an open document with Print or Download; while Follow the facility is on, the document the facility representative opens also opens on the auditor's screen. When you close the session or the time runs out, access ends; the auditor can reconnect with a new code through Back to code entry.
8. Legal Basis Search & Audit Finding Assessment
The Legal Basis tool is under Audit Tools. When you write a case or topic, it answers three things in one response: what your chosen audit standard expects on the topic (no finding grade is given; grading is the auditor's decision), the relevant legal articles, and related court decisions (Court of Cassation, Council of State, regional courts of appeal and the Constitutional Court), newest first, with a note on what each means for you. The source is CSRON's own archive of legislation, court decisions and audit standards; every supporting item is checked against its source text before it appears in the answer.
Running an assessment in Legal Basis: 1) Open Audit Tools > Legal Basis Search & Audit Finding Assessment. 2) In the Scope row above the text box choose Assess within one audit or Assess across all audits (thirteen audit standards compared). The default is one audit with amfori BSCI; change the standard in the list to the left of the buttons. Legislation and case law are assessed in both. 3) Type your question or click one of the example questions above the box (the example is placed in the box, not sent). 4) Press Assess or use Ctrl+Enter; while the answer is prepared you see the progress steps and the short answer.
- Layout of a Legal Basis answer: the short answer comes first, followed by three columns under Basis: Audit standard, Legislation and Court decision. An empty column reads "Not found.". Click a row to open the article text or decision summary; the "kaynağı aç" (open source) link opens the official text in a new tab. If more information is needed, a For a complete answer, also tell us list appears; Put in the box moves those points into the text box for you to fill in and send.
- Follow-up questions and history in Legal Basis: type a follow-up question in the box under the answer; use New assessment to start a new topic. Past assessments are grouped on the left as Today, Yesterday, This week and Older and can be searched with Search past assessments. On a wide screen, close the left column with Collapse history and reopen it with Expand history. To delete an assessment, press the bin icon on its row (Delete assessment); deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Assessments are visible only to you. Answers cannot be printed or saved as PDF.
- Credits for a Legal Basis query: every submission is one query, charged by scope: Assess within one audit 200 credits, Assess across all audits 1,000 credits (the current amount is shown on screen). A follow-up question is a new query at the same price. You see the cost under the text box and the remaining balance at the top right as Remaining credit. Credits are deducted when the query starts and refunded if it cannot be completed; the screen then says no credit was used. Facility and audit team accounts use the tool with the administrator's permission (see Audit Tools: access and credits).
- Privacy in Legal Basis: names, ID numbers, phones and e-mails in your query are masked before reaching the model; still avoid personal details.
- Legal Basis limits: you can run twenty queries per subscription per day (all accounts on the subscription count together); when the limit is reached you see a warning that the daily limit has been reached. A question can be up to 3,000 characters. A first answer takes half a minute to a minute; previously asked topics come back instantly.
- This tool is not legal advice; consult your lawyer on important matters.
9. Other audit tools
Recurring Obligation Tracker
The Recurring Obligation Tracker is a calendar of time-bound obligations such as measurements, inspections, training, drills and reports. It needs a per-period unlock on first use. Adding an obligation, steps 1-3: 1) If you have more than one manufacturer, choose the manufacturer in the list at the top right; you cannot add while All manufacturers is selected. 2) Press Add obligation. 3) Choose an item in Obligation type (choose from the catalogue or enter your own). The catalogue has five groups: Emergency and Fire Safety, Training and Health, Periodic Technical Inspections, Measurement and Analysis, Environment. A catalogue item fills in the title, the suggested period and a reminder day, and shows Legal basis: and, where relevant, Brand/audit expectation: below. If the task is not in the catalogue, choose Custom item and type it in Title (up to 300 characters).
Adding an obligation, steps 4-7: 4) Choose a value in Period; for another interval choose Custom period (enter days) and enter 1 to 3650 days. 5) Enter the day the task was last done in Last completion date; Next due: shows the calculated due date. 6) In How many days before should we remind you? type a number from 0 to 365 and add it with the plus button (up to three days, for example 60, 30 and 7; 0 means the due date itself). Trying to add a fourth shows a limit warning. A reminder day cannot exceed half the period; if you shorten the period, the days are reduced automatically. 7) Press Save; Cancel closes the form.
Catalogue suggestion for a title you typed: if you type the title yourself instead of choosing from the catalogue and the task exists there (for example, an annual compressor inspection is the periodic inspection of pressure vessels), a suggestion appears under the title. Choose Use the catalogue item to bring in the legal basis and the suggested interval while keeping the title you typed.
Filtering obligations and seeing all manufacturers together: use Due status at the top right to show All due dates, Overdue or Upcoming obligations; upcoming means the item has entered its earliest reminder window. If you have more than one manufacturer, choose one, or All manufacturers, in the list next to it; the all-manufacturers view adds a Manufacturer column. Your choices are kept in the address bar and survive a page refresh. The Status column shows the days left or overdue; the item's reminder days appear under its title. Selecting the overdue or upcoming obligations row on the Admin Panel home page also opens this page with the matching filter.
Marking an obligation done, correcting it or deleting it: Complete on the row sets the last-done date to today and moves the due date forward by one period. If you pressed it by mistake or the real date differs, Edit on the row lets you correct the title, period, last-done date, next due date and reminder days. To remove an item, press the bin icon (Delete tracking) in the Action column and confirm; deletion is permanent and no reminders are sent for the deleted item.
The Due Date Calendar and obligation reminders: the Due Date Calendar below the table places obligations on their due dates; move between months with the arrows, and the calendar follows the due status and manufacturer selection above it. Each reminder day sends one notification and a morning e-mail; if the due date passes, one more overdue notification is sent. Reminders go to the account that added the manufacturer and to the subscriber administrator; clicking the notification opens the Recurring Obligation Tracker.
Form Editor
With the Form Editor (under Audit Tools, page name Audit Form Editor, free of charge) you adapt the question sets of your subscription's audit forms to your business and build custom forms from scratch. It is open on the subscriber account; other accounts can open it if they have tool access. At the top, the standards are grouped as Social Compliance Audits, Environmental Audits and Certification Preparation, and your saved custom forms appear as buttons under Custom; a standard you have edited shows a Custom badge on its button. The Search this question set… box searches every section of the selected form; select a result to open its section.
Adding and editing questions in the Form Editor: in a section, use Add question with Turkish and optional English text, Severity:, Type: (Compliance question or Free text), File: (None, Optional, Required) and, for compliance questions, Non-compliance note: (Default, Required on every answer, Never required), then select Add. On an existing question, Edit opens the same fields and Apply confirms them. Move to section moves the question to another section, and you reorder questions by dragging. Base questions are not deleted but hidden with Hide and return from the Hidden questions list with Restore; a question you added is removed with Delete.
Saving and resetting in the Form Editor: save your changes with Save; they apply immediately to draft and new forms of your subscription. Completed audits keep the question set they were completed with. Reset to default returns a standard to its original set; your saved customisations are deleted.
Building your own audit form (custom form): Build Your Own Audit Form below the standard buttons starts a new custom form, which begins with the General Information section. Give it a name in Form name:; it cannot be saved without a name. Use Add section on the left to open sections, which you can rename or delete. Import from other forms lets you pick questions from a section of another standard and add them with Import selected; imported questions keep their check guide and legal references, and questions already in your form are marked. Each custom form becomes its own button under Custom and, once it has at least one question, can be chosen on the New audit screen. Discard an unsaved form with Discard and delete a saved one with Delete form; a form cannot be deleted while an audit started with it is still in progress.
Termination calculations
The Termination Toolkit (the page is titled Termination and Compensation Calculator, free of charge) offers an SGK exit code guide; it calculates severance pay, notice compensation, unused annual leave pay and job-search leave pay, and finds the final working date when job-search leave is taken in one block. Overtime claims are not calculated. Your inputs are not saved or sent to the server; reloading the page clears the fields. The tool has no print button; use your browser's print command if you want to keep the result. The results do not replace a payroll or accountant calculation.
Calculating a termination: 1) Choose the code in SGK exit code; underneath, severance pay, notice compensation and unemployment benefit each show Eligible, Not eligible or Depends on circumstances, with the legal basis. 2) Fill in Employment start date and Termination date, and if needed Earlier employment period (days, optional) and Suspended days (optional). 3) Choose Employment type, Contract type and Wage type; on-call work, seasonal work and piece-rate pay ask for extra fields. 4) Enter the amounts in Wage and Monthly total of regular benefits (TRY), and use the Gross / Net switch next to each to say which one you entered. 5) Fill in Unused annual leave (days) and Cumulative income tax base before termination (TRY).
Notice, pensioners and job-search leave in a termination calculation: tick Notice period was worked (no notice compensation calculated) if the notice was served by working, and Working pensioner (SGDP) if the employee is a pensioner. In the Job-search leave (Law 4857, Art. 27) box, answer Was the leave granted?. The Calculation Result table shows each item with Gross, Income tax, Stamp tax, Social security + unemployment and Net columns, with the total at the bottom. In the Combined Job-Search Leave and Final Working Date section at the bottom, enter the Notice notification date, Notice period and Contractual working days to get the official termination (SGK) date, the first day of combined leave and the last full working day. Current Parameters Used and Legal References list the basis of the calculation.
Living Wage Calculator
The Living Wage Calculator (free of charge) works out household cost and the per-person living wage from prices you collect in your region; no preset figures. The page has two tabs: Calculation and My saved calculations. On the calculation tab, first choose which facility the calculation is for; if it is not in the list, add it with Add manufacturer. Only one calculation is kept per facility: facilities that already have a record appear dimmed and cannot be selected, and you update them by opening and editing the record.
Running a worker survey for the living wage: 1) In Collect data with a regional survey, press Open the worker survey form. 2) On the page that opens, use Print / save as PDF to print the form and hand it out; it is anonymous, asks for no name or identity, and amounts are monthly in TRY. 3) Enter each returned form as one row; the table opens with 30 rows, Add more rows adds more and the × at the end of a row deletes it. Rows without an adult count are not counted. 4) Press Transfer averages to the calculator; the averages are written into the calculation fields. A zero or blank cost is left out of that item's average; the items averaged from only part of the answers are listed below the table.
Living wage calculation fields and result: the calculation fields are the reference household, monthly household expenses and current wage on the left, and the other essential need items on the right. If income earners exceed adults, the field shows an error and no gap is calculated. The results at the bottom show reference values, a result card with the per-person net living wage, and the wage gap. The gap is measured from the lowest net wage paid in the business, not the company average: the Lowest NET wage field in the Compare with current pay section arrives filled with the net minimum wage in force, and you change it if your lowest wage differs; you enter the total number of workers in the same section. The net and gross gaps are per worker; the annual cost of closing the gap is the gross gap times 12 months and the number of workers.
Saving a living wage calculation and printing the report: the Save and print section is always at the bottom. Until the required data is entered the buttons are dimmed; the Missing information list below them names each missing item, and the Points to review section also points out missing inputs. Save the calculation creates the record (while you edit an opened record the button reads Save changes); the record is named after the facility you chose. Print calculation report produces a printout headed by the facility name and built from numbered tables: the raw survey answers, the survey averages, the inputs, the calculation breakdown, the comparison, the wage gap and, if you entered them, the comparison by wage group.
Opening saved living wage calculations: the My saved calculations tab lists records with their facility, date and answer count; each shows the number of workers, the lowest NET wage, the per-person net living wage, the gap and the annual cost of closing it. Search with Search by facility name and narrow with the facility selector and the All, With a wage gap and Without a gap filters. Open and edit loads a record back into the tool; saving then updates that record. Records are visible to the subscription administrator and to accounts with access to that facility. A record deleted with Delete cannot be restored.
How living wage inputs are kept in your browser: what you enter is saved in your browser as you type; if you close the tab by accident or reload the page, the survey rows and calculation fields come back, with a note saying so and a Start over button. If the internet connection drops the page warns you; you can keep entering data but cannot save until the connection returns.
Creating the E6 gap-closing plan from the living wage calculation: the card at the very bottom of the page takes you to the E6 Living Wage Calculation and Wage Comparison Analysis template in the Policy and Procedure Builder. With the card's Open the template button, your calculation is written into the document tables and the company title arrives filled with the facility name; details you did not enter, such as the province, stay missing. The Gap-closing plan section above the card does not change the calculation; to create the plan as well, enter the province and district there. When there is a gap, the Action, owner and target date row opens and what you enter reaches the plan table. If left empty, a default action, HR as owner and a target date one year later are written. The annual budget is an upper limit assuming every worker earns the lowest wage.
Greenhouse Gas Calculator
The Greenhouse Gas Calculator (free of charge) calculates organisation-level Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. It follows the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and ISO 14064-1; the Why the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064-1 section at the top explains that choice, and Before you start guides you through nine topics including your organisational boundary, how to collect each figure and what your report must state. If you burn biomass, biogenic CO2 is kept out of the scope totals and appears on its own line in the result. The refrigerant result is for the inventory; the legal leak-check threshold (5 tonnes CO2 equivalent) is calculated with the values of the Regulation on Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases, and the note at the end of the page explains the difference.
Running a greenhouse gas calculation: 1) In Facility and period, enter Facility name, Reporting year (factors are selected for this year) and Electricity connection; for intensity figures you can also enter Employee count, Annual production volume and Production unit. The facility name is free text and is not linked to the Manufacturers list. 2) In the scope sections (stationary combustion, mobile combustion, refrigerant leakage, purchased electricity, steam, heat and cooling, Scope 3) open a line with Add row, choose the source, enter the annual amount and choose where the figure comes from (Invoice, Meter, Measurement, Estimate). 3) If you hold renewable energy certificates, fill in Redeemed certified kWh.
Reading the greenhouse gas result and printing the report: the Result section shows the Scope 1, 2 and 3 totals, the location-based and market-based totals, per product unit and per employee intensity if you entered them, the share based on estimates, and the factor and source of every line. Print or save as PDF produces the report; the button is disabled while a line cannot be calculated or the year is invalid. Data is stored only in this browser and comes back when you reopen the page; it is not saved to your account and the browser holds one calculation, so remove the old lines before calculating for another facility. If the saved data is damaged, the page offers Start a new calculation, which resets only this tool's browser data.
Product Carbon Footprint
The Product Carbon Footprint tool (free of charge) calculates kg CO₂e per product. It follows the rules of ISO 14067 and the GHG Protocol Product Standard; the Why ISO 14067 and the GHG Protocol section at the top explains the choice. Every factor line states its source, publication year and, where relevant, its variant (fibre, yarn count, machine). Data is stored only in this browser, is not saved to your account, and the browser holds one product calculation at a time; remove the lines before moving to another product. If the saved data is damaged, the page offers Start a new calculation.
Running a product carbon footprint calculation: 1) In Product, enter Product name, Functional unit (for example 1 piece, 180 g; without it the figure cannot be compared) and System boundary; add Annual units produced if you want the total impact. 2) In Bill of materials, use Add material for each material and enter the kg in one unit of product and the scrap percentage; scrap must be between 0 and 95. 3) In Your own site energy, enter Electricity (kWh / unit) and Natural gas (m³ / unit) for one unit, plus Electricity connection and Factor year; without your own energy data use Add process under Production processes (database) (do not fill both for the same operation). 4) In Transport, use Add transport to enter kg and km.
Reading the product carbon footprint result: the Result section shows kg CO2e per unit, the split by stage, the annual production total if you entered it, the largest contributor (hotspot) and the factor and reference of every line. Print or save as PDF produces the report; the button is disabled while a line cannot be calculated.
10. Expert Support
Auditor Opinion
Opening an Auditor Opinion case: 1) Go to Expert Support in the top menu; the Auditor Opinion tab opens. 2) Press New case. 3) Enter a Title (3 to 160 characters); optionally choose a Related standard (optional) and a Facility (optional). 4) In Describe the situation, write what happened, which records exist and what the auditor said (20 to 8,000 characters); there is no need to name people. 5) Preview masked text shows what will be sent; names, ID numbers, phones, e-mails and plates are masked. 6) Press Send (2,000 credits) and confirm in the Send the case window. The CSRON audit team replies in writing with supporting references within 24 hours; the opinion is not binding legal advice.
Following your Auditor Opinion cases: you see your cases with their status in the My cases list on the left: Awaiting reply, Answered, Closed and Declined (credits refunded). You receive a notification and an e-mail when the reply arrives. On an answered case, type in the follow-up box at the bottom and press Send; follow-up questions are free, a case allows at most four messages including the first question, and the remaining count is shown under the box. You cannot write to a closed or declined case; open a new case for a new topic. The credits of a case declined as out of scope are refunded. The subscription administrator sees all cases of the subscription; facility and audit team accounts see only the cases they opened.
On-site Consultancy
Requesting On-site Consultancy: 1) Go to Expert Support > On-site Consultancy in the top menu and press New request. 2) Choose the Facility. 3) Optionally pick a firm under Preferred firm (optional); otherwise leave it as Let the platform choose. 4) Enter a Topic (3 to 160 characters) and a Description (10 to 4,000 characters: facility size, standard, duration, priority topics). 5) Optionally enter Preferred start and Latest dates; the latest date cannot be before the start. 6) Press Send request. A request can cover audit preparation, corrective actions or system set-up; it is free and uses no credits. Only the CSRON team and the consultant firm receiving the request can see its text.
Following an On-site Consultancy request and accepting an offer: your requests appear with their status in My requests: Received, Forwarded to the consultant, Offer received, Accepted, Completed and Cancelled. When an offer arrives, the row shows the amount (excl. VAT) and the firm's note; when you press Accept offer and then Accept in the window, the firm contacts you. Contract and payment are between you and the firm. Before acceptance you can cancel with Cancel. Once the service is completed, a Rate button appears: give 1 to 5 stars, optionally write a comment of up to 2,000 characters, and press Submit; each request can be rated once and the comment appears in the showcase without your company name.
Consultant showcase
Consultant showcase: the consultant firms page opens without signing in and lists the consultant firms recommended by CSRON with their city, specialist standards, average star rating and number of reviews; the Request consultancy link in the home page's top menu and the link at the bottom of every page also lead there. Firms appear by paying an advertising fee and are reviewed and approved by CSRON; the Reklam (advertisement) label on the cards shows this. Ayrıntı ve iletişim bilgileri (details and contact information) shows the firm's introduction, Uzmanlık alanları (areas of expertise), phone, e-mail, website and verified subscriber reviews. The showcase pages are in Turkish only.
Sending a consultancy request: if you are a subscriber, CSRON abonesi misiniz? Talep açınız (are you a CSRON subscriber? open a request) or Uygulama içinden talep açınız on the consultant firms page takes you to Expert Support to open the request through the platform. Without an account, select Hesabınız yok mu? Bize yazınız (no account? write to us); the contact form opens with the consultancy topic and a short template, and CSRON finds a suitable firm and replies. You can also write to a firm directly with the form on its page. Only subscribers who received a service through the platform can write a review.
Sending a request to a consultant firm (no CSRON account needed): on the consultant firms page, open a firm's Ayrıntı ve iletişim bilgileri (details and contact information) link. In Danışmanlık talebi gönderiniz (send a consultancy request), fill in Ad soyad (full name), E-posta and a Mesajınız (your message) of at least 20 characters; phone and organisation are optional. Tick the box consenting to your details being forwarded to the firm and select Talebi gönder (send request). Your request goes straight to that firm's e-mail address and the firm replies to you; CSRON does not store the request content. At most 5 requests per hour can be sent from the same network. If you are a subscriber, you can also open the request from Expert Support with Uygulama içinden talep açınız (open a request in the app).
Applying as a consultant firm: apply with Danışman firma mısınız? Vitrinde yer alınız (Get listed) on the consultant firms page; no CSRON account is needed. Firm name, contact person, e-mail and an introduction of at least 20 characters are required; phone, city, website and specialist standards are optional. The fee is 1,000 TRY + VAT for 30 days. Accept the Danışman Firma Reklam Hizmeti Sözleşmesi (advertising service agreement) and select Başvuruyu gönder ve ... TL öde (send and pay); the secure iyzico payment page opens. After payment the application is reviewed: if approved, the listing period starts on the approval day; if not, the amount paid is refunded. Before the period ends, a renewal link unique to your firm is e-mailed to you, and the new period is added to the remaining time.
11. Information Hub
Open the Information Hub (Information in the top menu); it is open to every account, uses no credit and does not depend on the Audit Tools permission. Choose your standard. Pages other than Next COP offer Process guide and Technical requirements views. The ten process topics answer practical questions including application, preparation, results, buyer acceptance, follow-up and costs; the technical view presents detailed requirements. The left-hand list shows sections for the active view; on mobile open it with Sections. Next COP has its own layout. Check official sources for the current version; a readiness result is not an official audit grade or a guarantee of buyer acceptance.
Going from the amfori BSCI document list to a template: the Documentation Expectations section of the BSCI page lists the documents required for each performance area and how to prepare them. Where a template exists, the link under Generate from template: opens it in the Policy & Procedure Builder (generating it costs the usual credits); otherwise Obtained externally: says where to get the document.
Articles: above the standards, Updates holds two sections. Articles are CSRON posts on labour law, OHS and practice notes; they are for general information and are not legal advice. Type at least two letters into the Search the articles box at the top to search for the phrase as a whole in titles, summaries and article text; case and Turkish letter differences are ignored. Articles with the phrase in their title or summary come first, those that only mention it in the text are listed under Other articles mentioning it, and the matching passage is highlighted. The filter on the page shows All plus the topics that have articles, with counts. Each article shows its publication date, topic and estimated reading time; the article page shows the update date and a source link where available. The Kısaca (in brief) box at the top summarises the conclusion; in longer articles, click a heading in the In this article list below it to jump to that section. Links to statutes and court decisions open on the source's own page. You may get a bell notification when a new article is announced.
Official Gazette: the Official Gazette section under Updates lists regulations on labour, occupational health and safety, social security, payroll, vocational qualification and the environment and is refreshed every morning (the Official Gazette is also the primary source for keeping the legal references current). Choose Last 30 days or Last 90 days. Items are grouped by date and issue number; clicking the title or Open in the Official Gazette opens the official text in a new tab. Items are selected from their titles; for regulations whose title does not state the subject (for example laws amending several other laws), check the official text yourself.
12. Audit report and result
Report view
Opening an audit report: select a row under Admin Panel > Audit Reports. In the panel the report is view-only; answers are edited under Audits in the top menu. The top of the report shows who performed the audit (Auditor), the status and the result. The tabs are Non-Conformity Report (with the number of findings), Corrective Action (shown once a corrective action opens for a finding; with closed / total) and All Answers.
Using filters in the report: the Filters button opens the search box and the General Information (Exists/Does not), Compliance, Severity (only for standards with severity grades), Section and Documents (Missing required file, Has attachments) filters; Clear removes them all. The All Answers tab also has Show Non-Compliance First. These filters do not apply on the Corrective Action tab.
Downloading the report
Downloading the audit report: the Download report button in the report header is shown only to the subscriber administrator and opens the Preview and download report window: Preview PDF, Download report only (PDF) or Report and evidence files (ZIP). The preview window has Download PDF and Open in new tab. A notes-only audit report has no download button. The PDF is produced as text: you can search it and select text, and it is ready in a few seconds. Every report has a sequential number specific to the subscriber (for example CSR-2026-0030), shown in the header and footer of every page.
What the downloaded report contains: the audit report contains, in order, the report details and result, an executive summary (overall compliance, findings by severity, corrective action status), compliance by section, the findings table and an approval section; when you download from the All Answers tab, all answers are added section by section. Non-Conformity Report and All Answers exports respect active filters and state this in a scope note. The Corrective Action Plan shows all findings regardless of filters in a landscape A4 table: requirement and finding, corrective action, evidence, status and dates. The PDF lists evidence filenames; the files come with the ZIP option. Building and floor photos are not embedded in the PDF; their counts are listed and the photos are in the ZIP. Decision makers' names are not printed in the PDF.
Giving the audit result
Giving the audit result: 1) In Admin Panel > Audit Reports, select the row of the completed audit; an audit without a result shows Result pending in the list. If the person who completes the form gives the result, they are taken to this report automatically. 2) In the Result field of the report header, choose Compliant, Needs Improvement or Non-compliant in the Audit result list. The choice is saved at once, with no separate save button; to remove the result, choose No result yet. 3) A suggestion based on the findings appears next to the field (Compliant with no findings, Non-compliant with a finding of the most severe grade, Needs Improvement otherwise); it is not saved and the decision is yours. The result is not asked when the audit is started.
Who gives the audit result: only the party that performed the audit gives the result: the subscriber on the subscriber's audits, the auditor on an audit team account's audits (the subscriber if that auditor's account is deleted or suspended). Without this right you only see the result given; if the audit is not completed, "Given once the audit is completed" is shown. A form the facility filled in itself (producer internal audit) has no result field; once completed the list shows Completed. On a notes-only audit you give the result with the buttons under Update result in the report; Clear result removes it.
13. Corrective actions
How they open and their states
How a corrective action opens and its states: as soon as a non-compliant or partially compliant answer is entered in an audit form, a corrective action opens automatically for that finding; the form does not need to be completed. If the answer is later changed to compliant, the corrective action closes; if it becomes non-compliant again, it reopens with the note and evidence already written. Every corrective action is in one of four states: Open (waiting for the facility to submit), Awaiting review, Rejected (the facility corrects and resubmits) and Closed. Findings are sorted from most to least severe and numbered; the same number refers to the same finding on screen and in the PDF. When you select a finding in the list, its details open in the panel on the right on wide screens, or below the row on phones.
Who writes the remediation: the two tasks happen in two separate places: the remediation note is written only under Audits > Corrective actions, and approval, rejection with a reason and reopening are decided only under Admin Panel > Corrective Actions. The facility writes the remediation if it has an account; if it has none, the subscriber writes it on the subscriber's audits and the auditor on the auditor's audits. Nobody can change a note someone else wrote.
Who decides on a corrective action: the party that performed the audit decides. On the subscriber's audits the subscriber decides. On an auditor's audits that auditor and other auditors assigned to the facility or sharing the form decide. On the facility's own audits the auditors assigned to that facility decide; if none is assigned, the subscriber decides. Where the decision lies with an auditor, the subscriber follows the decisions and can reopen a closed finding if needed; if the auditor's account is deleted or suspended, the decision passes to the subscriber. Only authorised auditors and the subscriber administrator see the decision maker's name; facility accounts see the decision and reason, but not who made it.
Corrective action history and its place in the report: earlier rejection reasons and submission and decision dates are kept under History in the panel. An approved action appears in the All Answers part of the audit report in the description of the related question; when the report is downloaded as a ZIP, the evidence is included question by question in the "Corrective Action" folder. Open items stay visible with their status on the manufacturer page and in the Readiness Summary.
Writing remediation under Audits
Finding the audit you write remediation for: under Audits > Corrective actions in the top menu you see the audits with findings where you write the remediation. Narrow the list with the Total, In progress and Completed counts, the Search producer or audit box and the Status (In progress, With open findings, Awaiting review, With rejected findings, All closed), Manufacturer and Audit standard selectors; each row shows how its findings are spread across the statuses. No decisions are made on this screen; someone who decides but does not write the remediation is taken to the report in the Admin Panel when opening the plan.
Writing a remediation note and submitting it for review: selecting a row opens the Corrective action plan: the number of findings and the closure rate at the top, then the All, Open, Awaiting review, Rejected and Closed filters and a Search requirement or section box. Selecting a finding opens the Audit finding (the answer given in the audit), Corrective action taken and Evidence fields. Write the remediation (it is saved as you type), upload the evidence files and select Submit remediation for review; the button does not work until a note is written. While a finding is awaiting review you can still update the note and evidence. If the audit answer is changed to compliant in the meantime, the finding closes and the screen tells you.
Resubmitting a rejected finding: a rejected finding shows the Reason for rejection; correct the remediation and send it again with Resubmit for review. The note of a closed finding cannot be changed. Submission and decision dates and earlier rejection reasons are kept under History.
Deciding on a corrective action
Deciding on a corrective action, steps 1-3: 1) Open Admin Panel > Corrective Actions; an audit team account reaches this page directly with the Admin Panel link in the top menu. 2) Choose Awaiting your decision in the filter at the top (the others are All, With the auditor, In progress, Completed) or type a manufacturer or standard name in the search box. Plans are grouped by manufacturer; select a manufacturer name to open its group, and each row shows the audit date, standard, status breakdown and closed / total findings. 3) Select the audit's row; the report opens on the Corrective Action tab. Find the finding with the filter there (All, Open, Awaiting review, Rejected, Closed) and the search box.
Deciding on a corrective action, steps 4-5: 4) Select the finding: the panel on the right (below the row on phones) shows the audit finding, Corrective action taken, Evidence and History; select an evidence file name to download it. 5) Decide: Approve closes the finding. Reject with a reason opens a window; the Reason for rejection is required and is shown to the facility. A closed finding shows Reopen. Approval is possible even if the facility has not submitted yet; a rejected finding cannot be rejected again until the facility resubmits.
When the decision lies with an auditor or there is no facility account: where the decision lies with an auditor, the subscriber's screen has no approve or reject buttons; the subscriber follows the decisions and can open a closed finding with Reopen. If the audit has no facility account, you also write the remediation: the Open the corrective action plan link takes you to the writing screen under Audits, and you still decide in the panel. An audit team account enters the Admin Panel only for this task and for the result of its own audit.
14. Admin Panel
Entering the panel and the left menu
Entering the Admin Panel: use the Admin Panel link in the top menu. The panel is fully open to the subscriber administrator. An audit team account enters only to decide on corrective actions and to give the result of its own audit; the link takes it straight to the Corrective Actions page, its left menu holds only that item, and a report page opens only for audits it can decide on or whose result it gives. A facility account cannot enter the panel. On phones and narrow screens the left menu opens with the Sections button at the top of the page. The number next to an item shows pending work: findings awaiting your decision for Corrective Actions, messages awaiting a reply for the grievance mechanisms.
- Manufacturers: on the Supply Chain Tracking System and Supply Chain Management System subscriptions. It is not shown on the Single subscription; your facility's name is the heading of the panel home page.
- Audit Reports, Corrective Actions and External Audit Schedule: on all three subscription types.
- Announcements and Users: only on the Supply Chain Management System subscription.
- Internal / External Grievance Mechanisms and Insights: on all three subscription types, in the lower group of the menu.
Panel home page
Panel home page: the upper part lists Waiting for you today; a row with a count of zero is hidden, and when nothing is pending it reads "Nothing waiting.". The rows are Overdue periodic obligations, Upcoming periodic obligations, Overdue external audits, External audits · within 30 days, Corrective actions awaiting your decision, Grievance messages awaiting reply and Forms not completed for over 30 days. Selecting a row opens the related page; the obligation rows open the matching records across all manufacturers you can access. The Overview section below lists the panel's areas with their counts. On the Single subscription the heading shows your facility's name; if the facility is not defined yet, you see the Enter facility details link.
Audit Reports
The Audit Reports page is a view-only area with two tabs: Internal audit forms and Brand & 3rd party audit reports (you upload official external reports there). Internal audit forms are grouped by manufacturer; click a manufacturer name to open or close its group. The search box searches manufacturer, owner and form names; the Filled by selector offers All forms, Audit team audit, Producer internal audit and My audit, next to the manufacturer and audit standard selectors. Each row shows its status on the right: In progress, Completed, Result pending, Compliant, Needs Improvement or Non-compliant. Selecting a row opens the report. New audits are not started here but from Audits in the top menu.
Deleting an audit and seeing shares in Audit Reports: the three-dot menu at the end of a row offers only Delete (subscriber administrator). Choosing Yes, delete in the Delete this audit? confirmation deletes the form permanently; for a full audit its answers, photos and documents are deleted with it. Notes-only records are listed as "Audit note". A form shared with other accounts shows a people icon with the number of accounts; hovering over it lists their names and types. You share forms on the Users page. To change an audit date, use the pencil icon on the audit card on the manufacturer page.
External Audit Schedule
The External Audit Schedule shows external audits carried out by a brand or certification body. Nothing is entered on this page; the list is built from reports you upload under Audit Reports > Brand & 3rd party audit reports or on the manufacturer page, and shows each manufacturer's latest report. The result is shown on the standard's own scale (Next COP CAT1-6, amfori BSCI A-E, Inditex A-D, WRAP certificate, SLCP verified step; standards without a score such as Sedex SMETA have no result). The filter at the top separates All, Overdue, Urgent (30 days or less), Soon (31-60 days), On track and Unscheduled; the search box and the Manufacturer, Audit standard and Added by selectors narrow the list. Selecting a row opens the latest report file. You get a reminder for an upcoming audit; a deleted report leaves the schedule and the previous report is used if one exists.
The Corrective Actions page
The Corrective Actions page is the decision area: you review the remediation notes and evidence written and submitted under Audits, and approval, rejection with a reason and reopening are decided only here. The filter at the top splits plans into All, Awaiting your decision, With the auditor (shown only when an audit's decision lies with an auditor), In progress and Completed; the search box searches manufacturer and standard names. Plans are grouped by manufacturer; selecting a row opens the Corrective Action tab of the report (steps: Deciding on a corrective action). The page header states the number of audits, findings and findings awaiting your decision separately; the number in the menu counts only findings awaiting your decision.
Users
The Users page exists only on the Supply Chain Management System subscription: here you create facility and audit team accounts, assign them to facilities, archive and delete them. It has two tabs: Facility accounts and Audit team accounts. The account type you choose when adding a user decides which tab lists the account; if you edit an account and change its type, it moves to the other tab. Filter the list by selecting the Total, Active and Inactive counts above it, search by name, e-mail or facility, and sort by Name (A-Z), Newest, Oldest, Last login or Form count. Each row shows the account's status, assigned facilities, last sign-in and the number of audit forms it filled in.
The difference between a facility assignment and a form share: an account can only open forms at the facilities it is assigned to. A facility assignment opens the facility information and, for an audit team account, all of that facility's audit reports (read-only) and corrective action decisions. The Shared audit forms list opens only the forms you pick: you can share a form from any facility with an audit team account without assigning the facility; the account sees that form and decides on its corrective actions, and the facility's other forms stay closed. A facility account can only receive forms from the facilities it is assigned to, and it sees findings and corrective actions, not the answer rows. A deleted user's forms are transferred to you, not lost.
Adding a user
Adding a user (facility account or audit team account), steps 1-4: only the subscriber administrator does this, on the Supply Chain Management System subscription. 1) Open Admin Panel > Users. 2) Choose the tab the account will be listed in (Facility accounts or Audit team accounts) and press Create User at the top right; the account group in the window is preselected from the open tab. 3) Fill in Email, Password and Full Name; Phone is optional. The password needs at least 8 characters with upper and lower case letters, a digit and a symbol. 4) Under Account group choose Facility account (sees the assigned facility, fills in its own internal audit and writes corrective actions for findings) or Audit team (auditor) (audits the assigned facilities and decides on corrective actions).
Adding a user, steps 5-7: 5) Tick facilities in Facilities this account can access; Assign all selects all of them and Clear removes the selection. If a facility is not listed, type its name in the field below and select Add and select; your facility limit applies here too. 6) For an audit team account the Shared audit forms list also appears: you can open only the forms you tick without assigning the facility. A facility account needs at least one facility; for an audit team account at least one facility or one form is enough. 7) Save with Create User in the window. The sign-in details are e-mailed to the user; if the e-mail cannot be sent the screen says so and you need to pass on the password yourself. The new account is asked to change its password at first sign-in.
User limit: you can create up to 20 user accounts (plus any extra user quota set for your subscription). Archived accounts count towards the limit, deleted ones do not. When the limit is reached, a note about the limit replaces the Create User button; write to us if you need more.
Editing, archiving and deleting a user
Editing a user, assigning facilities and sharing forms: on the Users page, open the Edit User window with Edit on the account's row. Here you change Email, Full Name, Phone and Account group. To assign or remove facilities, change the ticks in Facilities this account can access. To share a form, tick it in Shared audit forms: for an audit team account the forms of every facility are listed, with "facility assigned" next to assigned facilities; for a facility account only the forms of the selected facilities are listed. To reset the account's password, fill in New password (optional; leave blank to keep current). Save the changes with Save.
Giving a user Audit Tools access and a monthly credit cap: in the Edit User window tick Can use the audit tools; the account can then use the Audit Tools and any spend comes out of your credit. Audit forms and the Information Hub are not affected. While the box is ticked you can enter a monthly limit in Monthly credit cap (blank: no cap); the credit the account used this month is shown next to it.
Archiving or deleting a user: Archive ends the account's open session at once and the account cannot sign in; its data and forms are kept. An archived account shows as inactive in the list and Reactivate on its row opens it again. An account shown as suspended because of a subscription change cannot be reopened from this page. For Delete, first select Yes, I want to delete, then type DELETE in capitals in the confirmation field and select Delete user. The person can no longer sign in; their audit forms, SLCP records and documents are kept and transferred to you. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; if you only want to cut access, archive instead.
Announcements
Sending an announcement, steps 1-3 (only on the Supply Chain Management System subscription; it sends an in-app notification, and optionally an e-mail, to the facility and audit team accounts you created): 1) Press Admin Panel > Announcements > New announcement. 2) Title is required. Body (optional) takes up to 2,000 characters. If you enter a page path or web address in Link (optional), it becomes clickable; plain text is shown as information only. 3) The in-app notification is always sent; to send an e-mail as well, tick Also send by email (because of the daily e-mail limit, at most 90 recipients receive an e-mail).
Sending an announcement, steps 4-5: 4) Under Audience choose All users (every active account you created) or Specific users; for the latter, find and tick people with the search box. 5) Select Send; the Confirm before sending window states how many people it goes to and whether an e-mail is sent in addition to the in-app notification. Select Send again to send it.
Viewing, editing or deleting a sent announcement: sent announcements are listed with date, title, target, number of recipients and sender; selecting a row opens Announcement details. The pencil icon (Edit) changes the title, body and link, and the change also reaches the recipients' notifications. The bin icon (Delete) permanently deletes the announcement and the recipients' notifications; this cannot be undone.
Internal / External Grievance Mechanisms
Internal / External Grievance Mechanisms provide an internal and an external reporting line for each of your production facilities. It is free and stays open for as long as your subscription is active. On all three subscription types it sits in the lower group of the left menu, above Insights. When a message is awaiting a reply, you see its count next to the menu item and a Grievance messages awaiting reply row on the panel home page. The first page lists your facilities with the state of both lines, the number of messages and those awaiting a reply; you can search by facility name and use the Awaiting reply, Line open and Not set up filters.
Opening a grievance line: inside a facility you see two lines: the Internal reporting line (for everyone working at the facility) and the External reporting line (for neighbours, visitors, service provider staff and former workers). Open line gives the line an eight character code; once open, the line receives messages for as long as your subscription is active and cannot be closed. Under the line, the first row holds Print notice and Renew code, the second row View the reporting screen and Edit the reporting screen. The codes and the QR code have no expiry date.
Printing the grievance line notice: Print notice opens the notice, with a large QR code in the centre of the page. Choose which languages appear on it (Turkish, English, Arabic), the size (A4, A3, A2, A1 or A0) in Choose notice size and portrait or landscape in Orientation. Print or save as PDF prints it, or choose PDF as the destination in the print dialog and send the file to the facility. For a large board, choose A2, A1 or A0, save the PDF and take the file to a print shop; the notice is drawn as vectors, so it prints sharp at every size. If the text does not fit or the QR code becomes too small, you see a warning above the notice. Post the printout on the notice board or at the entrance.
Editing the grievance notice text and contact details: with Edit the notice text you can change the top line (the facility name by default) and, for each language, the heading, the line under the heading, the steps (one step per line) and the sentence above the contact details. Changes appear on the notice at once; Save keeps them so the notice of that line always opens with this text, and Restore the default texts resets them all. The QR code, the code and the sentence with the reporting address cannot be edited. In the Facility contact details field on the same page you may enter the facility's e-mail address and phone number; once saved they appear on the notice and the form of that line, and saving them empty removes them. As this information is public, enter an address and number that belong to the facility rather than to a person.
Editing the texts of the reporting screen: with the Edit the reporting screen link on the line's row you can change three texts on the form the sender sees: the form heading, the text under the heading and the text shown after sending. They are written separately for each language; a field left empty uses the default text shown faintly inside it. Restore the default texts resets them all. Field labels, options and buttons stay the same.
How a worker or external stakeholder sends a message: a person who scans the QR code fills in the form without signing in; the screen opens in Turkish, English and Arabic. They choose Request, Complaint, Suggestion or Opinion (the external line also asks their relation to the workplace), write the message, and may add their name and contact details or send it without a name. Someone who cannot scan the code goes to csron.com/bildir and types the code from the notice. After sending, a 12 character tracking code is shown only once and cannot be issued again; the person should write it down or use Copy code. If the code is lost, the person can send a new message. No IP address or device details are recorded with a message.
How the sender follows up: the person enters the tracking code on csron.com/bildir/takip and presses Show; they see the status as Received, in queue, Under review or Closed, read your reply and can write again. The exchange continues both ways in this manner, and a message that started without a name stays that way. A new message and every follow-up from the sender reach you as a bell notification; the notification never contains the text of the message.
Replying to grievance messages: on the facility page, filter messages with the search box and the Type, Status, Reply and Archive selectors. Opening a message shows the exchange, and Send reply sends your answer, which the sender sees under the name Responsible person. The Status field takes New, Under review and Closed; the sender cannot write again to a closed message. The reply status sets itself: Answered once you have replied, No reply written otherwise; replying to a new message moves it to Under review. Save what you write in Internal note with Save note; the internal note stays with you and is never shown to the sender. Only the subscriber administrator sees the messages.
Renewing a grievance line code: if the code of a line is misused, Renew code generates a new one after you confirm. The old code and every notice printed with it stop working, so you need to print and post the new notice. Received messages and the senders' tracking codes are not affected.
Grievance messages cannot be deleted; they are archived: incoming messages cannot be deleted. This keeps the mechanism trustworthy: the purpose of the line is to put the view of a worker or an external stakeholder on record, and auditors ask about it often; you can demonstrate in the application itself that messages cannot be removed. To take a message you are done with off the list, use the Archive button under it: the record and the exchange stay in place, the Archived option of the Archive selector shows them, and Unarchive brings the message back. Archiving does not close the exchange. Messages are not removed automatically either; if your subscription ends and is resumed later, your records are still there.
Employee Satisfaction Survey
With the Employee Satisfaction Survey (Admin Panel, below Internal / External Grievance Mechanisms) you open an anonymous employee survey for your production facilities in any period you choose, collect answers online and on paper, and follow the results by topic and group. Only the subscriber administrator sees this section; facility and audit team accounts cannot. You can open surveys for a facility as often as you need. In the list you see each survey's facility, period name, status (Draft, Collecting answers, Closed), the number of employees invited and the opening date; if you have several facilities, filter with the selector at the top.
Creating a new satisfaction survey: click New survey. In the window that opens, choose the Production facility; if it is not in the list, add it with Add manufacturer next to it, and the facility you add is selected. Fill in Period name (for example October 2026) and Number of employees invited, then click Create survey. Questions are copied from your question template and the survey opens as a draft. The participation rate is calculated from the number of employees invited; once the survey receives answers you can only increase this number.
Editing the question template: when you open the Question template page you see the questions by module: Core, Social compliance, Environment and sustainability, Engagement and My questions. You can switch each question on or off and make it Required so it cannot be left blank on the online form (No opinion counts as an answer); the overall satisfaction question cannot be switched off. You cannot change the wording of ready-made questions. Use Add question to add your own: choose the question type, then write a short name and the Turkish text; English and Arabic are optional, and you can mark a Yes / Partly / No question as a sensitive item. You can add up to 30 questions. On the same page edit the department list (up to 12), personal questions and thresholds, then click Save; an out-of-range threshold is named so you can correct it. Reset to default restores the original template.
Preparing and starting a satisfaction survey: when you open a survey, the Preparation tab lets you edit the personal questions and department list, switch questions on or off, make them required and add questions for this survey only; your template does not change. When ready, click Start survey; the employee form opens. When the first answer arrives the questions are locked and can no longer be changed, because collected answers are counted against the questions.
Collecting survey answers from employees: on the Collecting answers tab you see the form address and QR code. When you click Print poster, the QR code poster opens in Turkish, English or Arabic; print it and put it up on notice boards. When you click Print blank form, the printed form to hand out on paper opens. When an employee scans the QR code, the survey opens on their phone and their name is not asked; the survey cannot be sent twice from the same device. When collection is over, click Close survey; you see the results once the survey is closed. If needed, Reopen opens it again.
Entering paper survey forms: in the Paper form entry section of the Collecting answers tab, enter the forms one by one. For satisfaction questions you can use the keys 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and 0 for No opinion; for Yes / Partly / No questions the keys E, K, H and F for No opinion, and each key moves you to the next question. When a form is complete, click Save and next. You can undo the last form you entered with Undo last entry within 15 minutes and before the survey is closed; after closing you cannot undo entries. The survey must be collecting answers to enter paper forms.
Reading satisfaction survey results: once the survey is closed, on the Results tab you see participation, overall satisfaction, the average across topics and how many topics are on target. Satisfaction is the share of Very satisfied and Satisfied answers among answers other than No opinion; a topic at 80 percent or above is On target, between 70 and 80 percent Monitor, and below that Improvement needed. For trust and working condition questions the Yes rate is calculated; on sensitive items a single No answer gives Review needed. You can change the thresholds in the question template.
Privacy in satisfaction survey results: while the survey is open you see only the number of answers; results appear when the survey is closed and has at least 5 answers (3 to 20, set in the question template; with online answers it applies to them). If you close a reopened survey without at least that many new online answers, results do not appear. In the group analysis (department, gender, length of service, nationality, type of employment) a group with fewer answers than this number is hidden; if the hidden groups together still fall short of this number, the smallest visible group is hidden too so that it cannot be worked out from the total. You see comments and department names written under Other without personal details and not linked to answers. For a facility with an earlier closed survey you see the change by topic in percentage points.
Satisfaction survey action plan and report: on the Action plan tab you see the five topics with the lowest satisfaction and the sensitive items that received a No answer as suggestions; use Add action to enter the action, owner, deadline, budget and status. A deleted action is deleted permanently. On the Report tab, when you click Download PDF the results and the action plan download as one document; Download Excel contains only aggregate results. Individual answers do not appear in any output, and reports are available only once the survey is closed.
The satisfaction survey screen your employees see: when an employee scans the QR code on the poster, or types the 8-character code from the poster at csron.com/anket, the survey opens on their phone. They choose Turkish, English or Arabic at the top right (Arabic reads right to left). The first screen says the survey is anonymous and voluntary; Start the survey shows the questions. Personal questions are optional; an employee who chooses Other as department can write its name. The form cannot be sent until required questions are answered. At the end they choose up to two priority topics and may write a comment. Answers stay only on that device until sent; for unfinished answers on the same device the first screen offers Continue where I left off or Start again, and those older than 12 hours are deleted. The survey cannot be sent twice from the same device.
Insights
Building an analysis in Insights, steps 1-3: 1) Open Admin Panel > Insights. The opening screen shows My saved analyses and ready analyses under Start with a question; open a ready analysis with Open analysis or start empty with New analysis at the top right. 2) Under What would you like to explore? choose the source: Producers, Findings, Audits, Questions and answers, Library documents, Corrective actions, External audit results or Periodic obligations. 3) Make the Group by and Measure choices, and under Analysis scope set producers, standards, author group or person, audit status and date range.
Adding conditions and viewing results in Insights: if needed, combine question answers and common criteria under Which conditions should match? with Add condition group and Add condition; choose AND or OR within a group, and AND or OR between groups with Combine groups. You can choose whether conditions must match within one audit or across a producer's selected audits. Add questions as table columns with Result columns. Select Run analysis; you see the result as a table, bar chart, line chart (only when grouped by month), grouped bars, comparison matrix (only with the Producers source) or a single number. A row or cell opens the source records and audits. CSV downloads all source records and Print prints the result.
Saving an analysis in Insights: enter an Analysis name and select Save. On a saved analysis Update saves the change and Save a copy creates a copy. On the opening screen the pin icon keeps an analysis at the top, and the bin icon removes it. A saved analysis runs with current data each time it is opened; previously saved analyses open in the legacy builder. Unanswered, unassessed and differing answers are shown separately in the result. A missing library upload does not establish that the facility lacks the document.
15. Notifications and e-mails
Which notifications you receive: the bell icon at the top right shows in-app notifications: upcoming obligations, expiring documents, upcoming brand audits, corrective action status changes, completed audits, subscription changes, credit notices, case and consultancy replies, announcements, Official Gazette items and newly announced Information Hub articles. Obligation, document and Official Gazette items also arrive in one summary e-mail every morning; most other notifications are also e-mailed when they happen. E-mails come from noreply@csron.com; if they land in spam, add the address to your safe list.
Using the notification bell: the number on the bell shows unread notifications (more than 9 shows 9+) and refreshes every minute. Clicking the bell opens the latest 50; unread ones are highlighted. Clicking a notification marks it read and opens the related page. Mark all read marks them all read, and Delete notification on the right of a row removes one. There is no preferences screen for e-mail notifications; they go to the e-mail address on your account, which you can change on My account > Profile.
Viewing announcements sent to you: announcements reach you as bell notifications; clicking one opens the announcement page, and if it carries a link, Open link follows it. The Announcements back link on that page lists every announcement you have received; unread ones are marked NEW. Deleting the notification from the bell does not remove the announcement from this list. The list contains announcements your subscriber sent to its facilities and general CSRON announcements.
16. Account and security
My account page
Opening My account: click your name on the right of the top menu. The page has two tabs: Profile holds your name, phone, e-mail and password settings and account deletion; the second tab is Subscription and credit for the subscription administrator and Credit for other accounts. Back to panel at the top takes the administrator to the Admin Panel and other accounts to My Manufacturers.
Updating your name, company and phone: on My account > Profile, edit Full Name and Phone and select Save. Company Name can be edited only by the subscription administrator; on other accounts the field is locked, so ask your administrator. The Email field there is display only; change the address in the Change email address section below.
Changing your e-mail address: 1) On My account > Profile go to Change email address. 2) Fill in New Email and Your current password. 3) Select Send Verification. 4) Click the link sent to the new address. If the screen asks you to click the link sent to your other address too, open that one as well. Until the change is complete you keep signing in with the old address, and for security a notice is sent to it.
Changing your password: 1) On My account > Profile go to Change password. 2) Type your password in Current Password; when it is right, Correct appears below. 3) Fill in New Password and Confirm New Password and select Update Password. A password needs at least 8 characters with upper case, lower case, a digit and a symbol, and the new one must differ from the old. Passwords known to have been leaked are rejected.
Sessions and security
Setting your password at first sign-in: if an administrator created your account, the first sign-in shows Set your password. Enter a password that meets the rules in New Password, tick the box accepting the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and the Cookie Policy, and select Set password and continue. Accounts are personal; never share your password.
Sessions: signing in again with the same account closes access for the previous session. When an administrator revokes a session or blocks the account, open screens can no longer perform operations; sign in again after the account is reactivated. Only an authorised administrator can change the facility or auditor account type. To sign out, press Logout at the far right of the top menu; on a phone it is at the bottom of the menu list.
Changing the language: on a computer use the TR · EN button in the top menu; on a phone use the English or Türkçe row at the top of the list the menu button opens. The choice is remembered in this browser; on another device choose it again. Text you entered yourself (manufacturer names, notes, document names) is not translated. The Document Library archive page and the folder names in presentation mode are currently in Turkish.
Copying text: text selection and copying are disabled on the platform; form fields are exempt.
Deleting your account and personal data requests: use the section at the bottom of the Profile tab in My account. The subscription administrator fills in Organisation name and Your current password and selects Delete organisation and account; the organisation, its production facilities, audit forms, files and every account in the organisation are deleted permanently. A facility or audit team account fills in Your current password and selects Delete my account; only the sign-in account is deleted, the forms and notes you wrote stay with the organisation. Confirm with Delete permanently in the window that opens; deletion cannot be undone. The subscription does not renew by itself. Send requests about your personal data to info@csron.com or through the Contact form; they are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
17. If you get stuck
The CSRON Assistant opens with the button at the bottom right and knows this guide: it answers usage questions such as "where do I start a new audit" or "how do I show documents to the auditor". You see the assistant after you sign in; it is not shown on the home page or the document presentation screen. You can ask up to 10 questions a day, the limit resets the next day, and a message can be up to 2,000 characters. New conversation starts a new chat and History lists your recent conversations. For legislation and audit standard questions use the Information Hub and the Legal Basis tool.
Writing to us (Contact form): open Contact at the bottom of any page. Choose a Category (Support request, Feedback / suggestion, Bug report or Other), add a Subject (optional) if you like, write at least 10 characters in Your message and select Send. When you are signed in, your name and e-mail are added automatically. Other channels on the same page gives the e-mail address and a WhatsApp link, and Business details gives the business name, tax identification number and telephone; the full address is in the Distance Sales Agreement. You can also write to info@csron.com. Telling us which facility, which form and which question you are stuck on helps us reply faster.
Legal texts and cookie choice: the link row at the bottom of every page holds the User Agreement & Terms of Use, Privacy Notice (KVKK), Cookie Policy, Distance Sales Agreement, Cancellation & Refund Terms, User Guide, Consultant Firms and Contact. The Distance Sales Agreement also opens from the link in the agreement box on payment screens. The cookie banner on your first visit offers Accept All or Essential Cookies Only; the choice is stored in this browser.
