Terms of Use & Warnings
1. Platform Confidentiality and Sharing Restriction
Sharing any content belonging to the platform, visually, audibly, in writing or electronically, with external consultants, external auditors, business partners or any other third-party individual or organisation is strictly prohibited.
In case of a violation, the user and organisation concerned accept full legal liability.
2. No Copying or Reproduction of Content
The following are prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing or republishing question sets, check guides, legal and judicial references, document templates, checklists or any other content
- Exporting content into other software, spreadsheets, files or databases
- Selling, renting, transferring content or making it available to third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge
- Using the content to develop a similar service or product
- Using the content as training data for an artificial intelligence model
Text selection and copying are technically disabled on the Platform. Attempts to circumvent that restriction also constitute a breach of this clause.
3. No Automated Access or Scraping
Accessing the Platform with robots, spiders, scrapers, automated scripts or similar tools, downloading content in bulk, reverse engineering the interface and sending programmatic requests directly to endpoints are prohibited.
Request traffic beyond ordinary use may be automatically limited or blocked to protect the service.
4. No Transfer or Sharing of Accounts
Accounts are personal. Disclosing your username and password to anyone, transferring, selling or lending the account, or using it jointly with others is prohibited.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us at once and change your password.
5. One Form per Facility
A separate audit form must be completed for each facility. Data from several facilities cannot be combined into a single form.
In the "Start New Audit" dialog the facility name must be entered in full, so that each form is correctly associated with its facility.
6. Use Only for Its Intended Purpose
The Platform is provided so that users can prepare their own facility for audit. Using it to provide paid consultancy, audit or certification services to third parties is prohibited without separate written permission.
7. Security Prohibitions
- Attempting unauthorised access or circumventing security measures
- Attempting to access other users' data
- Uploading or introducing malicious software
- Attempting to make the service unavailable by overloading it
8. Consequences of Breach
In case of any breach of the above, the operator reserves the right to suspend or close the account without notice. Closure does not extinguish civil or criminal liability already incurred; rights to compensation and other claims are reserved.
